Five pending petitions remained unheard, including requests by Susan Wong and Jacky CJ Zang for relief to operate a child day care at 38 Roosevelt Street, George Clements for continuation of a pre-existing apartment building at 391 Elm Street, Patricia Fisher for conversion of a commercial building into eight residential units at 75 Hancock Street, Kenneth Downing to reconstruct a single-family dwelling at 236 Old Country Way, and Erin Downing to demolish and construct a deck at 9 Allen Street. No rescheduled hearing date was announced in the cancellation notice.
