Braintree Zoning Board of Appeals cancelled its February 23 meeting due to inclement weather. Five pending petitions remained unheard, including requests by Susan Wong and Jacky CJ Zang for relief to operate a child day care at 38 Roosevelt Street, George Clements for continuation of a pre-existing apartment building at 391 Elm Street, Patricia Fisher for conversion of a commercial building into eight residential units at 75 Hancock Street, Kenneth Downing to reconstruct a single-family dwelling at 236 Old Country Way, and Erin Downing to demolish and construct a deck at 9 Allen Street. No rescheduled hearing date was announced in the cancellation notice.
