BRAINTREE — Planning Board approved 10-unit townhouse development at 1157 Washington Street. In a unanimous 4-0-0 vote, the board agreed to convert a three-generation family landscape business into residential housing with 34 parking spaces and a requirement for administrative review of the building's color scheme. The board also voted unanimously to recommend approval of a $9 million Allen Street roadway reconstruction project layout and approved a Special Permit and Site Plan Review for a residential conversion at 335 Washington Street.
