Braintree Board of Health unanimously advances Kratom ban to solicitor for review. Substance Use Prevention Coordinator Stormy Leung and Director Marybeth McGrath briefed the Board on Kratom's psychoactive effects and addiction potential. Chairman Dr.
Arthur Bregoli and Clerk Juliana Melchionda voted unanimously to advance the draft regulation to the Town Solicitor and to uphold a $1,000 fine against Braintree Mart for tobacco sales violations.
