BRAINTREE — Zoning board approves three residential additions and schedules site visit for apartment case. Chair Rayna Rubin and the board voted unanimously to approve applications from Matt McLean at 41 Hillside Road, Noreen Afifi at 14 Hillcrest Road, and Joseph Burke III at 121 Beals Road for additions to pre-existing non-conforming homes. The board also scheduled a site visit for February 13, 2026, for George Clements' proposed apartment house use determination at 391 Elm Street, with the public hearing continued to February 23, 2026.
A daycare parking relief case at 38 Roosevelt Street also was continued to February 23, 2026, allowing the applicant to revise plans to address abutters' traffic and safety concerns.
